I was introduced to Bob during the acquisition of GretagMacbeth, a company for which he was a contract Human Resources Manager, hired to assist in a major acquisition and plant closing.

Bob performed his job duties admirably in this situation and was an extremely useful resource to me. He came quickly up to speed and was able to provide me with more information on the integrating company than I had been able to get prior to his employment.
Bob also became an excellent advocate for the people involved in the plant closing and won their trust and cooperation.
