Familiarity with Siebel configuration, architecture and upgrades using Siebel tools will be a huge plus. -Must have strong communication skills as you will assist in training as well as interacting with users, vendors and management. -Strong written and technical skills as you will assist in the writing of specifications as well as developing and keeping user manuals current. -Unix/Linux scripting. -Must be organized and analytical with strong problem solving ability.
