Your Human Resources
Department has many tasks. We have only one - we are constantly
identifying and recruiting top talent. In addition to traditional
recruitment advertising, we cultivate relationships with existing and future
stars in their professions. We go where your HR staff cannot to uncover
the talent you need.
Why choose Knapp?
The risk is all ours. We accept most recruiting assignments on a
contingency basis, but provide a level of service comparable to a
retained search. In other words, in addition to the job
specifications, we will ask about your company, its culture, its organization,
where the open position falls within the organization, its challenges, and the
potential career path. This allows us to prescreen candidates, provide
you with key information, and refer only those candidates we believe will
be successful.
KNAPP recruiters utilize open interviewing techniques. Without divulging
any client or position information, we learn about the candidate's experience,
skills, strengths, weaknesses, career objectives, salary, and geographical
preferences. This means that we are able to collect unbiased information
about the candidate and can assess the candidate's suitability to meet your
needs. This type of assessment is impossible to achieve using your
company's staff, as candidates have researched your company and can skew their
responses to fit the opening. Only if the candidate seems to match the
position do we discuss the opportunity, still keeping the company
confidential. If the candidate agrees, we forward the resume to you,
along with our assessment of the candidate. Until and unless you ask to
interview the candidate, your company remains confidential.
We support you throughout the interview process: scheduling, providing
directions, forwarding applications, gathering and providing feedback, and
checking references and verifying education, if requested. And if we have
a match, we help negotiate employment terms (salary, relocation, etc.). |
